A visual inspection completely around the house checking for obvious signs of broken windows, doors and screens looking for signs of attempted break-ins.
A visual inspection of the lawn and landscaping to see that there are no obvious signs of yard neglect and overgrowth.
Turn water on. Run water in all sinks and basins. Flush all toilets, run water in showers and tubs.(This ensures all traps are filled with water to prevent sewage odor from seeping into house). Run garbage disposal.
Visually inspect underneath sinks, around toilets, laundry room, refrigerator, dishwasher and any other water sources looking for obvious signs of water leakage and mold.
During the Inspection we will document any suspicious issues we encounter with Photographs and in a written insppection report. We will email both the photos and inspection report directly to your given email address. If there are any issues noted in the inspection, we will wait for your instructions.
